Every service call begins with a professional diagnosis to determine the cause of the problem.
If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the service charge is $95 plus tax, which includes the trip to your home, the complete diagnosis, and a to-the-penny estimate.

If you decide to move forward with the repair, you'll receive one upfront flat-rate repair price before any work begins.
Our flat-rate pricing includes the labor required to complete the repair, along with the necessary replacement parts, any shipping charges. Tax will be added. And our parts and labor are guaranteed for 90 days.
You'll either pay the $95 diagnostic fee OR the agreed flat-rate repair price— but never both.
No hourly rates.

Yes. Parts and Labor are warranted for 90 days on the specific repair performed.
